The present invention relates to a peptide for treating allergies. More specifically, the invention relates to an amino acid peptide sequence (identified in the present invention as SEQ ID NO: 1) developed from various regions of Pru p 3 protein. Additionally, the invention relates to a method for inserting this sequence (SEQ ID NO: 1) into a dendritic system. The peptide of SEQ ID NO: 1 and the peptide-dendrimer complex provide new therapeutic tools that can be used for the prevention, improvement, relief and/or treatment of allergies, specifically of the allergy caused by LTP syndrome.
