An OLED device and an array substrate. According to the OLED device, two transparent anode layers (121, 123) are provided, and a metallic layer (122) is provided between the two transparent anode layers (121, 123), so as to reduce the resistance of the transparent anode in the horizontal direction and improve the horizontal electric conductivity of the transparent anode, thereby solving the uneven luminescence problem of OLED devices due to large horizontal resistance of transparent anode and improving the image display quality. |
