1. A vehicle-body front structure comprising:
left and right front side frames each having a front end portion, an inner side wall, and an outer side wall; a bumper beam bridged between the front end portions of the left and right front side frames; left and right gussets respectively extending from corresponding one of the front side frames to outside in a vehicle width direction, and each having an outer end portion; left and right upper members each including a front end portion joined to corresponding one of the outer end portions of the left and right gussets, wherein the front side frames each include
a front load absorption portion having a first front end portion coupled with the bumper beam, and configured to be axially crushed by an impact load that is input to the bumper beam from a vehicle front side, anda rear load absorption portion provided at a vehicle rear side of the gusset, and configured to be bent by the impact load, and wherein, each of the gussets includes a front wall being: housed in an inner portion of the corresponding front side frame joined to the inner side wall of the corresponding front side frame, and sandwiched by the outer side wall of the corresponding front side frame in a vehicle front-rear direction. |
