The invention relates to a magnetic motor with horizontal or vertical shaft, capable of producing a moment of rotation at the motor shaft created by using the magnetic force of repulsion towards some magnets, moment which may be converted into other energy forms by its coupling to other machines, such as electric or hydraulic generators or motors, pumps, compressors or the like, capable to generate electric, mechanical, thermal energy. According to the invention, the motor consists of a rotor (1) on the circumference of which some magnets (2), a stator (7), on which there are also magnets (8), a shaft (4), which transmits the torque, and some lateral walls (15) for supporting the stator are placed, the magnets (2) on the rotor (1) are placed with the N-S axis of each magnet under an angle (α) with the radius of the rotor circumference circle, in order to create a torque produced by the magnetic repulsion force, when a magnet (2) on the rotor (1) is facing a magnet (8) on the stator (7), the magnets (8) from the stator (7) being also mounted with the N-S axis of each magnet under the same angle (α), in the rotation sense of the rotor (1), with the radius of the seating circle on the stator (7). |
