The control method comprises: sensing a wrist gesture (S101); analysing an angular velocity value and an acceleration value of the wrist gesture (S102); according to the angular velocity value and the acceleration value, recognizing a control command corresponding to the wrist gesture (S103); and according to the control command, controlling the wrist device (S104). According to the control method for the wrist device, and the wrist apparatus, it is unnecessary for a user to control the wrist device through a touch screen or a key on the wrist device, it is only necessary to recognize a wrist gesture corresponding to a control command, and then the wrist device can be controlled, so that the user can control the wrist device more conveniently, thereby enhancing the user experience. |
