A refrigerator (10) comprises a cabinet and a door (12) in which an ice dispenser (22) is placed, such dispenser including a user interface for driving a damper device configured to put the inside of the cabinet into communication with the outside when delivery of ice is requested by the user. A manually operated device on the user interface is configured to open the damper device in order to equalize pressure inside and outside the cabinet for an easy opening of the door.
