The invention describes a calibrating device for calibrating the diameter of a film bubble passing out of a blown-film die, in the case of which a plurality of rotatable guide rollers are provided around the circumference of the film bubble, wherein the axes of rotation of the guide rollers run in directions which are essentially orthogonal to the axis of the film bubble. The diameter of the guide rollers is smaller than 40 mm.
