The present invention is provided with: a pump part (13) that causes a drug solution held in a reservoir (11) to be delivered and administered to a live body; a flow rate sensing part (20) that senses the flow rate of the solution delivered by the pump part (13); and a drive unit (40) that controls the drive state of the pump part (13) on the basis of the sensed flow rate. The flow rate sensing part (20) is provided with: a heat-generating element (23) disposed in a conduit line (21) through which the drug solution is delivered; a first temperature sensing element (22) disposed in the conduit line (21) on the upstream side of the heat-generating element (23); a second temperature sensing element (24) disposed in the conduit line (21) on the downstream side of the heat-generating element (23); and an arithmetic processing unit (30) that calculates the flow rate within the conduit line (21) on the basis of the difference between the temperatures sensed by the first and second temperature sensing elements (22, 24).
