The present invention relates to a treadmill support plate and a treadmill. The treadmill support plate according to the present invention comprises: a power generation part for converting the body weight of a person into the rotational power of a rotation belt; and a braking force generation part extending backwards from the rear end of the power generation part, and converting the body weight of a person into the braking force of the rotating rotation belt, wherein a straight line, which connects the front end of the power generation part and the rear end of the braking force generation part, has a predetermined angle with respect to the horizontal line, the front end of the power generation part is positioned higher than the rear end of the braking force generation part, and at least a point, which is the rear end of the power generation part and the front end of the braking force generation part, and the straight line have a gap therebetween. According to the present invention, since the support plate generates the braking force for decelerating the rotation speed of the rotation belt while generating the power for rotating the rotation belt, the stability of use can be ensured. |
