This antifogging device 6 is provided with: a heat generation element 62 for applying heat to an optical member; a temperature sensor 63 for sensing a temperature; a wiring substrate 61 having a mounting surface 6111 that is provided with the heat generation element 62 and the temperature sensor 63; and a sealing material which is configured from a resin material and seals the heat generation element 62 and the temperature sensor 63 by being applied to the mounting surface 6111. At least a part of the mounting surface 6111 is provided with a bonding part 65 which is configured from an inorganic material and extends along the outer edge of the mounting surface 6111 so as to be exposed in the lateral surface of the wiring substrate 61, while being in contact with the sealing material. |
