This ID managing system that outputs a form which includes a personal number is provided with an ID managing unit which is tamper resistant, and which stores the personal number in association with an employee number. In addition, form data which contains the employee number but does not contain the personal number is received, the personal number associated with the employee number in the received form data is obtained by using an employee number from the ID managing unit, the obtained personal number and the form containing the personal number from the form data are outputted, a form number is allocated to the outputted form, and the form number is associated with the personal number contained in the outputted form and is stored in the ID managing unit which is tamper resistant. The personal number is stored encrypted, and is decrypted for reference. This is compatible with the My Number System, and security can be assured when a form relating to the My Number is handled. |
