A method for preparing photocuring-formed high-density ceramic. In the method, by optimizing components and ratios of slurry, the slurry is suitable for a 3D printing device for a high-density ceramic specially-shaped piece green body that has a complex shape, and no corresponding mold needs to be especially prepared. Moreover, when the solid content of the slurry is lower than 40 vol%, the slurry can still be used for preparing the high-density ceramic green body, and the relative density of the finally-prepared high-density ceramic can exceed 99%. The green body is dried in a liquid state drying manner, and thus the method is suitable for preparing the high-density ceramic green body having a complex and precise structure. In the method, binder discharging is carried out by using a two-step degreasing method comprising vacuum/atmosphere protection binder discharging and air binder discharging, and therefore the defects of deformation, cracking, blistering and the like of the green body can be reduced. The relative density of the high-density ceramic that is prepared by means of the method exceeds 90%, the Vickers hardness exceeds 12 GPa, and the content of residual carbon is lower than 0.5 wt%. |
