a layered structure comprising a core defining a first edge and a face sheet connected to said core, said face sheet comprising a protruding portion defining a second edge, wherein said second edge protrudes outward a distance from said first edge; and a trim piece connected to said protruding portion, said trim piece covering said first edge.
