A first input terminal of a delay unit (101) is connected to a corresponding previous gate driver, and a first output terminal of the delay unit (101) is connected to a corresponding next gate driver. After a preset period of time has elapsed since the previous gate driver outputs a driving signal, the delay unit (101) outputs a start signal to the next gate driver to start the next gate driver. The delay unit (101) implements shift registering between the previous gate driver and the next gate driver, so as to provide a touch time between the output of the driving signal by the previous gate driver and the start of the next gate driver, thereby ensuring that a touch display panel can achieve a high-precision touch function in addition to a high-resolution display function.
