PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing an electrode which has a simple manufacturing process and enables adhesion strength of an active material layer with respect to a base to be secured.SOLUTION: In order to manufacture an electrode 70 having an active material layer 72 containing an active material 73 and a binder 74 on the surface of a base 71, powder of the active material 73 and powder of the binder 74 are mixed to prepare mixed powder, the surface of the base 71 is electrostatically coated with the mixed powder, and the coated mixed powder is heated and fused. An average particle diameter ratio of the powder of the binder 74 to the powder of the active material 73 is 0.7 or less, the mixed powder contains 85-95 wt.% of the active material 73 and 15-5 wt.% of the binder 74, and before the surface of the base 71 is coated with the mixed powder, the powder of the binder 74 is bonded to the powder of the active material 73. |
