PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bakery product, preventing ingredient material from being not evenly spread out in manufacturing so that they are uniformly dispersed after baking, and further have good texture such as being tasting crispy, crunchy and soft by putting in a specific amount of ingredient material having a large specific gravity such as fruits, combining the same with cellulose at a specific ratio, and mixing the same with dough.SOLUTION: In a bakery product obtained from raw material containing wheat flour, saccharide, and oil and fat, 1 mass% or more ingredient material having a minor axis of 0.5 mm or more, a ratio of major axis/minor axis of 1.0-5.0, and a specific gravity of 1.0 g/mL or more, is contained, and further 0.1 mass% or more cellulose is contained. |
