摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power conversion device that can easily manufacture a positive electrode bus bar and a negative electrode bus bar having narrow pitches of a terminal connection portion, and can prevent a large surge voltage from being applied to a semiconductor element through which a large current passes.SOLUTION: A power conversion device 1 includes: a laminate 10 in which a plurality of semiconductor modules 2 are laminated; a positive electrode bus bar 3; and a negative electrode bus bar 4. The positive electrode bus bar 3 and the negative electrode bus bar 4 are formed of a plurality of bus bar pieces 30 and 40 overlapping each other. The respective bus bar pieces 30 and 40 have substrate portions 31 and 41. The substrate portions 31 and 41 are large-current substrate portions 31a and 41a connected to a large-current semiconductor module 2a, and small-current substrate portions 31b and 41b connected to a small-current semiconductor module 2b. A distance D1 between the large-current substrate portions 31a and 41a in a Z direction is narrower than a distance D2 between the small-current substrate portions 31b and 41b.
