PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat pump type heating hot water supply device for preventing a useless operation of a compressor and improving COP.SOLUTION: If an outgoing temperature Tg is a threshold temperature Ts or higher, control means starts to measure a threshold temperature exceeding time ti. Then, the control means determines whether or not the outgoing temperature Tg is the threshold temperature Ts or higher and less than an upper limit temperature Tt1. If the outgoing temperature Tg is the threshold temperature Ts or higher and less than the upper limit temperature Tt1, the control means determines whether or not the threshold temperature exceeding time ti is an exceeding limit time te or more. If the threshold temperature exceeding time ti is the exceeding limit time te or more, the control means operates the compressor with the number of rotation R of the compressor being applied as an optimal number of rotation Rm. Then, when the compressor is operated at the optimal number of rotation Rm, the control means stops the operation of the compressor if the outgoing temperature Tg becomes the upper limit temperature Tt1 or higher. Then, if the outgoing temperature Tg becomes a lower limit temperature Tt2 or lower, the control means restarts the compressor with a lower limit number of rotation Rd. |
