PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To embed a marker in a video image within a region that is overlapped with a digital watermark.SOLUTION: Regarding images of frames in an inputted moving image, a marker having a predetermined gradation pattern in a color component unlikely to be sensed in the image is superposed in a predetermined region by a marker superposing section 30. Regarding the images of the frames in the moving image, digital watermark information is superposed in a region of the image determined in a positional relation with the marker superposed in the image by a digital watermark information superposing section 40. An image in which the marker and the digital watermark information are superposed with respect to the frames in the moving image is outputted by an embedded image output section 50. |
