PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dental alginate impression material which has a long hardening time (i.e., a sufficient operation allowance), and expresses good distortion properties (i.e., high strength of a cured impression material).SOLUTION: Disclosed is a dental alginate impression material characterized by containing (A) calcium sulfate, (B) metal salts whose solubility to water of 20°C is 0.1-1.5 g/L and whose ionization tendency is smaller than that of calcium, such as magnesium phosphate or magnesium pyrophosphate, and (C) monovalent alginate salts. |
