PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new active ingredient having an improved effect of inhibiting phosphodiesterase 3, and provide a phosphodiesterase 3 inhibitor comprising the same.SOLUTION: A Pueraria hirsuta processed product or isoflavone contained in Pueraria hirsuta is used as an active ingredient of a phosphodiesterase 3 inhibitor. The Pueraria hirsuta processed product comprises, preferably, an isoflavone-containing composition obtained from Pueraria hirsuta. The phosphodiesterase 3 inhibitor is suitably used for the inhibition of phosphodiesterase 3B. |
