PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve mounting of a plurality of work heads playing different roles to a plurality of head holding parts in an assembly device.SOLUTION: A protrusion 426 is provided on a surface 424 of a Z-axis slide 98 of a Z-axial-direction moving device 64 which elevates/lowers while holding a carrier head. On a surface 428 of a Z-axis slide 100 of a Z-axial-direction moving device 66 which elevates/lowers while holding a functional head, a protrusion 430 is provided in a location different from the location corresponding to the protrusion 426. In main bodies of assemblies of the carrier head and the functional head, a hole and an opening are provided in locations corresponding to the protrusions 426, 430, respectively. The carrier head and the functional head are allowed to be mounted to the Z-axis slides 98, 100 by fitting the protrusions 426, 430 into the hole and the opening but the carrier head is prevented from being mounted to the Z-axis slide 100 by abutting the main body part to the protrusion 430, and the function head is prevented from being mounted to the Z-axis slide 98 by abutting the main body part to the protrusion 426, thereby preventing a mounting error. |
