[Problem] To provide a vehicle airbag device with which an inflator gas can be reliably restricted from flowing from one of two communicated chambers to the other, making it possible to properly retain the internal pressure of the chambers. [Solution] A vehicle airbag device is provided with a sealing valve which is provided so as to communicate a front side chamber and a rear side chamber and which restricts an inflator gas that has flown from the front side chamber into the rear side chamber from returning from the rear side chamber to the front side chamber, wherein the sealing valve comprises a hollow flexible sleeve (4) having openings (Z1, Z2) at two ends (4a, 4b) along the direction of flow of the inflator gas, the opening (Z1) of the flexible sleeve is communicated to the rear side chamber and the opening (Z2) of the flexible sleeve is communicated to the front side chamber, and an opening joined section (13) formed by joining opposite portions of the flexible sleeve together is provided to one of the openings of the flexible sleeve. |
