PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical scanner for preventing large variations in the intensity of light beams to be made incident to photoreceptors in each color due to the reflection loss of a reflection mirror.SOLUTION: In first and second imaging optical systems 61 and 62, light beams L1 and L4 are respectively reflected only by one reflection mirror 64a and 66a, and light beams L2 and L3 are respectively reflected by three reflection mirrors 64b to 64d and 66b to 66d such that the optical path length of the light beams L1, L2, L3 and L4 are made equal. In first and second incident optical systems 51 and 52, the light beams L1 and L4 are respectively reflected by two reflection mirrors 55a and 55b and 59a and 59b, and the light beams L2 and L3 are not reflected. Therefore, three reflection mirrors are disposed on any of the optical paths of the light beams L1, L2, L3 and L4 so that the reflection loss of the light beams on those optical paths can be set to be the same. |
