377,113. Twisting apparatus for imparting two twists per revolution. BARMER MASCHINENFABRIK AKT.-GES., 12, Mohrenstrasse, Oberbarmen, Wuppertal, Germany. Feb. 3, 1932, No. 3231. Convention date, July 3, 1931. [Class 120 (ii).] In twisting apparatus wherein the thread is drawn from a stationary unwinding bobbin through a hollow twisting spindle and over a guiding element to a winding bobbin, the guiding element in the form of a dome or cone 7 is loosely mounted on the spindle 1 so that it does not rotate therewith, is fixed to a disc 6 on the bobbin holder carrying the weight 8 which maintains the bobbin stationary, and extends over a thread-storing ring 5, such as described in Specification 361,792, so as to prevent the thread from slipping on to the spindle. |
