The braking mechanism has multiple carrying rollers (6,10) for a brake application and an actuating element (14) which has two pivoted toggle levers over a toggle lever assembly. A brake element is provided in actuation connection. The safety units exert a safety movement in direction of an adjacent end position, releasing position or braking position on a toggle lever assembly outside of an elongated toggle lever position. |
