performs a control for causing the power supply section to supply power of a first power value smaller than a second power value that enables to charge the power storage section, anddetermines that a communication is set up between the power supply-side communication section and the vehicle-side communication section when the power supply-side communication section receives a request signal transmitted when the vehicle-side communication section determines that the power supply section is supplying power of the first power value while the power supply section is supplying power of the first power value. |
