Disclosed in the present application are methods and devices for acquiring a service, executing an operation and transmitting information on the basis of an offline physical device. The method of acquiring a service comprises: a terminal receives identification information of an offline physical device, sends the received identification information to an identification information receiver, and receives service information corresponding to the offline physical device having the identification information fed back by the identification information receiver according to the identification information, so as to acquire a service provided by the offline physical device according to the service information. The method can acquire a service provided by an offline entity without requiring a user to actively approach an offline physical device to operate an operation panel provided by the offline physical device and to actively use a terminal to scan a two-dimensional code presented by the offline physical device, and thus enables a more convenient and high-efficiency process of acquiring a service than the prior art.
