measuring, by a sensor, concentration of a fluorocarbon in offgas at time intervals of less than 10 seconds; and initiating, by a controller, a reduction in at least one of an electrolysis voltage and an electrolysis current density at an anode, when a fluorocarbon limit value of not more than 100 ppm is exceeded. |
