The present invention forms a core region, in which the speed and the temperature of an operation fluid are substantially constant, on the downstream side of a flow-streamlining ring, by arranging the flow-streamlining ring in a high-temperature inlet pipe and/or a low-temperature inlet pipe of a heat exchanger body in order to correctly measure the temperature of the operation fluid flowing through a port of the heat exchanger body. A temperature sensor is provided so that a sensing point is arranged in this core region. |
