The invention relates to a process for obtaining a cellular sprinkling compound and to the respective method of application to provide a therapeutic treatment for skin injuries, based on the implantation, by sprinkling and/or spraying, of human mesenchymal stem cells and microvascular endothelial cells that have been pre-expanded in vitro and resuspended in a regenerative solution for cellular implantation of biocompatible biomaterials. The solution is formed principally by blood plasma rich in growth factors obtained from the patient to be treated and, in some cases, by medical-grade type I collagen and by medical-grade hyaluronic acid, which potentiates the regeneration, re-epithelialisation and reconstruction of skin tissue. The process for obtaining a cellular sprinkling compound of human mesenchymal stem cells and microvascular endothelial skin cells comprises the steps of: separating the dermis and epidermis; incubating the epidermis layer; disintegrating the dermis layer and allowing the mesenchymal stem cells to proliferate; disintegrating the epidermis layer; allowing the microvascular endothelial cells to proliferate in suspension; preparing a solution of reactive cross-linking agent for the cellular sprinkling solution; and preparing the cellular sprinkling solution, and the method of application by sprinkling and/or spraying the cells by means of a supply of medical-grade compressed air, to produce fine, coagulated drops on the injury. The method focuses on: treating superficial, first-, second- and third-degree burns, venous leg ulcers, and ulcers caused by venostasis; and reconstructing any traumatic skin pathology or skin loss (reconstruction of the breast, forearms, legs, thighs, etc.). |
