In a configuration in which an ink accommodating portion is provided on the outside of an apparatus main body, an appropriate control for suppressing influence of noise can be performed.;A recording apparatus includes a recording head that is capable of discharging liquid onto a medium, a controller that controls the recording head, a recording unit that includes the recording head and the controller, a tank unit that includes a liquid accommodating member accommodating the liquid and an electronic component holding information of the liquid accommodating member, a tube that guides the liquid from the liquid accommodating member to the inside of the recording unit, and an electric wiring that electrically connects the controller and the electronic component, in which the electric wiring includes a connection portion which connects cables, a cable on the electronic component side constituting a wiring of the electronic component side with respect to the connection portion, at least a part of which is wired in the tank unit, and a cable on the controller side constituting a wiring of the controller side with respect to the connection portion, at least a part of which is wired in the recording unit, a signal transmitted by the cable on the electronic component side includes an analog signal, and a signal transmitted by the cable on the controller side does not include an analog signal. |

1. A recording apparatus comprising:
a recording head that is capable of discharging liquid onto a medium; a controller that controls the recording head; a recording unit that includes the recording head and the controller; a tank unit that includes a liquid accommodating member accommodating the liquid and an electronic component holding information of the liquid accommodating member; a tube that guides the liquid from the liquid accommodating member to the inside of the recording unit; and an electric wiring that electrically connects the controller and the electronic component, wherein the electric wiring includes a connection portion which connects cables, a cable on the electronic component side constituting a wiring of the electronic component side with respect to the connection portion, at least a part of which is wired in the tank unit, and a cable on the controller side constituting a wiring of the controller side with respect to the connection portion, at least a part of which is wired in the recording unit, wherein a signal transmitted by the cable on the electronic component side includes an analog signal, and wherein a signal transmitted by the cable on the controller side does not include an analog signal. |
