The present invention is provided with: a comfort level calculation unit (3) that calculates a user's comfort level in an indoor environment from information indicating the indoor environment and the user's biometric information; an information verification unit (6) that calculates the length of time before the calculated comfort level reaches a target comfort level under a control condition used to control the indoor environment; a display control unit (7) that displays the calculated comfort level, the calculated length of time, the target comfort level, and the control condition; and an input reception unit (8) that receives a change input for the displayed comfort level, target comfort level, or control condition, wherein the information verification unit (6) determines the control condition for the indoor environment on the basis of the change input. |
