PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform content display matching operation time of an elevator and attribute of an elevator user and to resolve discomfort of the user after a display device inside the elevator finishes display.SOLUTION: A monitoring device 20 which monitors abnormality occurrence of facility equipment of a building and monitors operation of an elevator has: a user attribute setting part 16 which sets user attribute of an elevator; an operation time computation part 17 which computes an operation time based on a start floor and a destination floor; a content selection part 18 which selects a matching content so that the content is within the operation time; a content display time computation part 19 which computes a time necessary for content display inside a basket based on a display time of the selected content and the operation time; and a display content table 15 which houses a reading finish time in accordance with the user attribute for each content kind. The display content is selected so that an integrated time of the content selected in accordance with the user attribute is within the operation time. |
