PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable reduction of worker's burden while efficiently cleaning an intaglio trunk.SOLUTION: An intaglio printing machine includes: an intaglio trunk 8 that is rotatably supported; an ink supply device 11 that supplies the ink to the intaglio trunk 8; a wiping device 21 that removes the surplus ink of the ink supplied to and intaglio trunk 8 by a wiping roller 19; and an intaglio trunk cleaning device 18 that cleans the intaglio trunk 8. The intaglio trunk cleaning device 18 includes: a wiping liquid supply device 47 that supplies the wiping liquid to the intaglio trunk 8; an ink-removing device 18 that contacts the intaglio trunk 8 and cleans the intaglio concerned trunk 8; a control device 60 that controls the wiping roller 19 to contact the intaglio trunk 8 in the cleaning of the intaglio trunk 8 by an ink-removing device 18. |
