PURPOSE:To support the preparation of a sentence by providing a function referring to a sentence expression by the unit of a chapter, a function retrieving the sentence expressing and a function presenting the sentence expression corresponding to the situation of sentence preparation. CONSTITUTION:When an operator selects example sentence data in an example sentence selection part 110 and selects chapter data from presented chapter constitution data presented by a chapter selection part with a presenting range 112, the group of phrase data in a presenting range specified by a presenting range specifying part 111 in advance is presented. The operator fetches a desired paraphrasing expression into a sentence storing part 106 by selecting a phrase by a phrase selection part 114, furthermore, selecting the paraphrasing expression by a paraphrasing expression selection part 116 and then, instructing a paraphrasing expression determing part 117 to determine the paraphrasing expression. |
