PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an in-car behavior detection device which allows the detection of violent behavior or the detection of staying without any erroneous detection even when a car having a glass transparent part is used.SOLUTION: An in-car behavior detection device includes: a door closing detection section 7 for outputting a door closing detection signal when a door 3 of a car 1 is closed; an image input section 6 for extracting subject image data on the near side of a glass transparent part 2 from image data obtained by taking an image of the inside of the car 1 when receiving the door closing detection signal from the door closing detection section 7; a behavior image creation section 8 for creating difference image data from the subject image data within a prescribed time extracted by the image input section 6; a behavior detection section 9 for discriminating the detection of violent behavior and the detection of staying on the basis of a comparison between the subject image data and the difference image data; and a notification section 10 for making a notification when the behavior detection section 9 performs at least one of the detection of violent behavior and the detection of staying. |
