The anchor device (100) has a tie rod (10) which is anchored in a base structure borehole (3) provided in the base structure, where another tie rod (20) is anchored in a plate borehole (4) provided in the plate. The latter tie rod is fixed at the former tie rod. The latter tie rod has a borehole (27), in which the former tie rod is received and fixed. An elastomeric disk (36) is arranged on the former tie rod for sealing the plate borehole, where the elastomeric disk rests on the latter tie rod.
