The present disclosure relates to a method and an apparatus for controlling access and belongs to the field of communication. The method comprises: receiving (102) an access request sent from a Digital Living Network Alliance (DLNA) client; obtaining (104) a Medium/Media Access Control (MAC) address used by the DLNA client; detecting (106) whether the MAC address exists in a preset blacklist; and denying (108) an access of the DLNA client, if the MAC address exists in the preset blacklist. |
