PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio communication system and a radio device that are able to automatically set appropriate radio output while observing decrees in each country.SOLUTION: A radio communication system 1 comprises: a provisioning capable advertisement router 14 that transmits an advertisement including additional information to limit maximum radio output to a provisioning network NP; and a radio device 12 that sets the maximum radio output on the basis of the additional information included in the advertisement and performs radio communication with the provisioning capable advertisement router 14 via the provisioning network NP at radio output not exceeding the set maximum radio output. |
