PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elevator device capable of reducing a dimension in a hoistway vertical direction without making the life of a rope short.SOLUTION: In this elevator device, a hoist 7 is disposed so that a center point of a sheave 7A of the hoist 7 is in the form of a line connecting center points of a pair of balance-weight-side rails 6A and 6B, and a lower return pulley 11 is disposed outside of a balance weight 5 on back surfaces of the balance-weight-side rails 6A and 6B and partially overlaps the balance weight 5 in a view along a horizontal direction when the balance weight 5 is at an uppermost position.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
