A vehicular electronic device (1) is provided with: a first substrate (4); a second substrate (6) stacked on the first substrate in a planar and spaced-apart fashion; and a fan (2). The first substrate includes a ventilation opening (4a) positioned externally adjacent to a hollowed-out end side (4f). The fan is disposed rearward of the first substrate in a spaced-apart manner, with an intake opening (2a) extending along a package mounting surface of the first substrate, and straddling across the end side in a planar manner or being disposed externally adjacent to the end side. The fan suctions air along the package mounting surface of the first substrate positioned inside the end side, and also suctions air along a package mounting surface of the second substrate via the ventilation opening. |
