PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate attaching a camera for taking an image of a moving handrail in a state of actuating a passenger conveyor even if a gap is narrow between a frame of the passenger conveyor and the moving handrail at a time of installing the camera.SOLUTION: In a data processing apparatus 14 (moving-handrail degradation diagnostic apparatus) taking an image of a concave bottom 3h of a moving handrail 3 of an elevator 1 using a camera 13 in a state in which the moving handrail 3 is actuated, for diagnosing a degradation state of the moving handrail 3, a camera attachment mechanism 15 for fixing the camera 13 is constituted by first and second dividable camera attachment brackets 20 and 30. |
