PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the turbine efficiency of a variable displacement supercharger by reducing the leakage flow from a nozzle side clearance while securing the reliability of a variable nozzle unit.SOLUTION: On the inner peripheral face of a support ring 87, a plurality of joint pieces 89 are integrally formed which are protruded radially inside and spaced from one another in the circumferential direction. The corresponding joint pieces 89 of the support ring 87 are joined to top faces 93t of joint protruded parts 93 of a first nozzle ring 47, respectively. An annular recessed step part 95 is formed on the outer edge side of the counter face to the opposite face of the first nozzle ring 47. |
