PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To calculate an appropriate component replacement time for reducing work man-hour or cost.SOLUTION: A computer receives a failure notification including operation temperature of a faulty component of a device to be managed, and operation time of the component until a failure, records the operation temperature and the operation time in association with each other in a database, calculates an average of the operation time for each operation temperature when the number of received failure notifications exceeds a threshold, and transmits the average to the device to be managed. |
