PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique relating to an electric connection structure between dissimilar metals in which electric corrosion is suppressed.SOLUTION: An electric connection structure 30 includes: a copper member 10 containing copper or a copper alloy; a metal member 11 connected to the copper member 10 and containing metal having a larger ionization tendency than copper; and a surface-treated layer 13 formed by coating a surface treatment agent on a portion different from a connection 12 connected at least to the metal member 11 in the copper member 10, the surface treatment agent having a hydrophobic part and a chelate group in a molecular structure. Thus, electric corrosion of the metal member 11 can be suppressed.
