PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid a security risk due to an ID deletion error by preventing a multiple management of an ID to thereby.SOLUTION: When a user X transfers from an A country to a B country, a use terminal (1-1) of the user X in the A country is configured to notify a master ID management server (9) of the transfer to the B country, and the master ID management server (9) is configured to generate a sub-ID for the user X to use in the B country as a B country version provisional sub-ID. After the user X transfers to the B country, when an initial log-in of a B country authentication server (6) is performed by a use terminal (1-2) of the user X in the B country, the user X's initial log-in of the B country is notified from the B country authentication server (6) to the master ID management server (9). The master ID management server (9) is configured to formally register the B country provisional sub-ID of the user X as a B country sub-ID (13-2), and validate the B country sub-ID (13-2) and an account of the B country sub-ID (13-2); and void an A country sub-ID (13-1) used by a user A in the A country and an account of the A country sub-ID (13-1). |
