Provided is a contact lens having a novel structure that further improves a feeling of use. A contact lens (10) having a curved-recess-shaped lens inner surface (20) and a curved-protrusion-shaped lens outer surface (22), wherein an inner surface arc (28) that extends in the tangent line direction from the outer circumferential end (24) of the lens inner surface (20) to the lens outer surface (22) side, and an outer surface arc (30) that extends in the tangent line direction from the outer circumferential end (26) of the lens outer surface (22) to the lens inner surface (20) side are formed at a radius of curvature that is larger than a connection arc (42) that is connected in the tangent line direction to both the outer circumferential end (24) of the lens inner surface (20) and the outer circumferential end (26) of the lens outer surface (22). The angle of intersection at an intersection point (32) between the inner surface arc (28) and the outer surface arc (30) is made to be smaller than 180 degrees. An edge portion (18) is formed that connects the outer circumferential end (24) of the lens inner surface (20) and the outer circumferential end (26) of the lens outer surface (22). |
