PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a one-way clutch suitable for a power generating device which effectively suppresses the generation of a smear ring at a bearing for supporting an output shaft of a speed increaser, and can alleviate a burden applied to the speed increaser when seizure occurs at a generator and so forth.SOLUTION: A one-way clutch 7 connects an input rotating body 5 and an output rotating body 6 so as to be integrally rotatable in a state that a rotational speed of the input rotating body 5 exceeds a rotational speed of the output rotating body 6, and disconnects the connection of the input rotating body 5 and the output rotating body 6 in a state that the rotational speed of the input rotating body 5 goes below the rotational speed of the output rotating body 6. The one-way clutch 7 comprises a torque limiter 9 which disconnects the connection of the input rotating body 5 and the output rotating body 6 when transmission torque from the input rotating body 5 to the output rotating body 6 exceeds an upper limit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
