PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable photovoltaic power generation to be carried out in a mechanical parking facility to allow vehicle-loading/unloading to be performed during power failure.SOLUTION: Pallets 2 for vehicle mounting are provided in a plurality of vertical stages, and the pallets 2 are lifted/lowered by a pallet lifting device (electric motor) 3. Then, solar panels P are arranged above a vehicle passage W for vehicle-loading/unloading, and electric power generation can be carried out by the solar panels P. If the pallet lifting device 3 or the like is driven by the electric power generated by the solar panels P, the vehicle-loading/unloading can be performed even during power failure. Moreover, the solar panels P are arranged so as to substantially cover the vehicle passage W. Therefore, a person on the vehicle passage W is more unlikely to be wetted with rain and is released from a troublesome operation such as putting up and closing an umbrella during operating of a console panel 9 or the like. |
